I tried projecting a pages from my subjects favorite book onto his body using the overhead projector. I there was a light hitting the front of his body, but not as a strobe as that negated the projection. After doing this test I think if I continued this I would use a regular projector on the cart, have the text and images smaller on his body and possibly backlight him in front of a black background instead of white.
